Based on Mary Morrissey’s 30 years of study of the science of success, “The Dream Builder” is the perfect program for anyone who has a business they want to dramatically grow, a relationship they want to create, or a BIG idea they want to turn into reality.  Just as learning how to use construction tools gives you the ability to build a home, a sky-scraper, or cathedral, learning the  The Dream Builder “tools” gives you a powerful, step-by-step formula to construct the life you want.  I have been certified by Mary to coach this amazing program, and consider it my “signature” work.  Individual or group programs are available.

Individual coaching

The power of personal coaching lies in the fact that it provides an individual with the most critical ingredient for extraordinary, consistent success: ongoing support, detailed action plans, constructive feedback and, most importantly, personal accountability.

The individual coaching process involves a commitment of weekly, confidential coaching sessions.  All sessions are done over the phone, and go for 45 minutes each.  You also receive unlimited email support during the month. In these sessions, all you need is a commitment to making an investment in yourself, to being totally honest, and to believing in the possibility of change.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is also available as a more affordable option. This involves a group of 4-10 participants on a conference call. Clients find that when listening to someone else is being coached, there is always a gem for them, too.

Seminars

Each month, I offer teleseminars and workshops, in customized formats for large or small groups, in-house corporate trainings, and executive and personal retreats.
