It’s been such a fantastic time building up to Valentine’s Day with so much emphasis on LOVE.
Many of you have shared such great quotes and comments about love and loving all week. Here are some of my favorites:
- “Love is who we are. Fear and Sadness, Hate and Anger, none of these things can exist in the same space as Love. Keep yourself in your heartspace each and every day.” Neale Donald Walsch
- “Love, true love, is that which can give the most without asking or demanding anything in return.” Mazie Hammond
- “Lord, grant that I might not so much seek to be loved as to love.”- St. Francis of Assisi
- “Care for the life you have been given unconditionally and live from your heart. This is the path into love.” Sam Oliver, author of, “Angel of Promise”
- “What greater thing is there for two human souls than to feel that they are joined… to strengthen each other… to be at one with each other in silent unspeakable memories.” ~ George Eliot
I sent around the HeartMath newsletter talking about achieving coherence between the heart and the brain, and the importance of listening and following your heart. This organization’s work is so amazing, because in our hearts we do know…
I listened to Dr Ava Cadell and Scott Martineau on the Love Line Webcast talking tastefully about romance, turn-on’s and turn-off’s, flirting, the art of making love, and communicating your needs, wants and desires. This program was thoroughly delightful and stimulating (to say the least), and I used their workbook to take a lot of notes!
Next, I listened to four of my favorite teachers, David & Kristin Morelli with Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks, discussing “Living on the Edge of Orgasm.” They talked very candidly about loving relationships and practical tips to tap into that “unending tingle” that keeps love alive at the cellular level. This was truly inspiring energy from two couples that have love down.
And, finally, at 12:00pm EST I participated in 8th annual World Sound Healing Day created by Andi & Jonathan Goldman . People all over the world joined their voices in chanting the sound AH for five minutes, with the intention of healing and to activate the global heart on the planet with sound. It was incredible to experience this expanded feeling of peace in my heart and gratitude for earth and all her inhabitants!
So, the themes for this Valentine’s Day were loud and clear.
- Love yourself
- Love each other
- Love the planet
Enjoy the rest of your holiday, and remember to keep these three practices not just today, but every day…
With Love and Gratitude,
Coach Cecily
